At NimaGurme.com, we work diligently to ensure that your orders are delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Our products are carefully packaged in hygienic conditions and shipped from warehouses where they are stored under appropriate conditions.

  • Shipping Time: Your orders will be shipped within 1-3 business days after your payment has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Deliveries to city centers are usually completed within 2-5 business days.
  • Shipping Fee: Shipping costs are covered by us for orders exceeding a certain amount. For orders below this specified amount, the shipping fee is the responsibility of the buyer. Shipping fees can be viewed on the payment screen during checkout.
  • Shipment Tracking: After your order has been shipped, you will receive your tracking number via email or SMS. This way, you can easily track the status of your order.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure that you enter your delivery address and contact information correctly and completely for successful delivery. Our company is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses or missing information.

Return Conditions

At NimaGurme.com, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the product you received, you can initiate a return according to the conditions outlined below:

  • Return Period: You can exercise your right of withdrawal and return the product within 14 days from the date you received your order. You can send your return request via email to [email protected].
  • Return Conditions: Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Due to hygiene and health regulations, returns of food products that have been opened, used, or damaged are not accepted.
  • Return Process: Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the product to the address provided by us. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer. After the product reaches us, the necessary checks will be made, and your return will be approved. Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Products Not Eligible for Return: Single-use products, perishable goods, expired items, and food products requiring special packaging are not eligible for return.

Damaged or Missing Products

Please check your package upon delivery. In case of any damage, missing items, or incorrect delivery, please ask the delivery personnel to prepare a report and notify us as soon as possible. Damaged or incorrect items will be replaced free of charge.

Following this information, the defective product that you send back to us via the shipping company will be replaced with a new one.
