Cancellation and Return Conditions

Our natural and high-quality food products, such as organic honey, olive oil, and coffee, are packaged under hygienic conditions and stored under suitable shelf and storage conditions. We work meticulously to ensure that your orders reach you without any issues. However, if you wish to cancel or return your order for any reason, the following conditions apply:

Cancellation Conditions

  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can send a cancellation request by emailing [email protected] or by contacting us at [0542 470 85 71]. Your order status will be checked, and if it has not been shipped, the cancellation will be processed, and your payment will be refunded.
  • Shipped Orders: Once your order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case, you can initiate the return process after receiving your product.

Return Conditions

  • Return Period: You have the right to return your products within 14 days from the date you receive them. You must send your return request via email to [email protected]. Once your return request is approved, the products must be sent back to us.
  • Return Requirements: The products to be returned must be unused, unopened, undamaged, and in a condition suitable for resale. Due to hygiene and health regulations, returns of food products with opened or used packaging are not accepted.
  • Return Process: Once your return request is approved, you must send the product back to us. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. After the product reaches us, necessary checks will be made, and your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Non-returnable Products: Products that cannot be returned due to their nature, perishable goods, or items that have expired are not eligible for return. Specifically, single-use products, opened packages of coffee, olive oil, honey, and similar food items are excluded from the return policy.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

Please check your package upon delivery. In the event of damaged, missing, or incorrect products, please ask the courier to prepare a report at the time of delivery and inform us as soon as possible. In such cases, damaged or incorrect products will be replaced by us free of charge.
