Delivery Terms

Delivery Time:

Your orders with confirmed payment will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Deliveries to city centers are generally completed within 2-5 business days.


Shipping Fee:


For orders above a certain amount, the shipping fee is covered by us. For orders below this specified amount, the shipping fee belongs to the buyer. You can see the shipping fee on the payment screen.


Order Tracking:


After your order has been shipped, your tracking number will be sent to you via e-mail or SMS. This way, you can easily track the status of your order.


Delivery Address:


Please ensure that you enter your delivery address and contact information accurately and completely. Our company is not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect addresses or incomplete information.


Return Policy:

Return Period:

Return Conditions:


Products to be returned must be in their original packaging, unused, and undamaged. Due to hygiene and health regulations, returns of opened, used, or damaged food products are not accepted.


Return Process:


Once your return request is approved, you will need to send the product to the address provided by us. The return shipping fee is covered by the customer. After the product reaches us, necessary checks will be performed and your return will be approved. Your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.


Non-Returnable Products:


Disposable products, perishable foods, expired products, and food products requiring special packaging cannot be returned.


Damaged or Missing Products:


Please check your package upon delivery. In case of any damage, missing product, or incorrect delivery, please ask the delivery personnel to prepare a report and notify us as soon as possible. Damaged or incorrect products will be replaced free of charge.
