Cancellation and Return Policy


As NimaGurme.com, we attach great importance to customer satisfaction. Our natural and high-quality food products, such as organic honey, olive oil, and coffee, are packaged under hygienic conditions and stored in appropriate shelf and storage environments. We work meticulously to ensure your orders reach you without any issues. However, if you wish to cancel or return your order for any reason, the following terms apply:


Cancellation Policy


  • Order Cancellation: If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, you can submit your cancellation request by sending an e-mail to [email protected] or by contacting us at 0542 470 85 71. Your order status will be checked, and if it has not been handed over to the courier, the cancellation process will be performed, and your payment will be refunded to you.
  • Shipped Orders: Cancellation cannot be performed after your order has been handed over to the courier. In this case, you can initiate the return process after receiving your product.


Return Policy


  • Return Period: You have the right to return your products within 14 days from the date you receive them. You must notify us of your return request via e-mail at [email protected]. After your return request is approved, the products must be sent to us.
  • Return Terms: Products to be returned must be unused, with their packaging unopened, undamaged, and suitable for resale. Due to hygiene and health regulations regarding food products, returns of opened or used products are not accepted.
  • Return Process: Once your return request is approved, you must send the product to us. The return shipping cost is the customer's responsibility. After the product reaches us, the necessary checks will be performed, and your payment will be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Non-Returnable Products: The right of return cannot be exercised for products that cannot be returned due to their nature, quickly perishable items, or products with expired shelf lives. Specifically, food products such as coffee, olive oil, and honey in opened packages are excluded from the return policy.


Damaged or Incorrect Products


Please check your package during delivery. In case of damage, missing items, or incorrect product delivery, please have the courier prepare a damage report at the time of delivery and notify us as soon as possible. In such cases, damaged or incorrect products will be replaced by us with new ones free of charge.
